Don't Sleep
(On Your Sleep)
Art Direction + Environmental Design

project overview
A sleep awareness campaign warning young people about insomnia linked to blue light from screen use, designed for ages 13 to 30, the generation most at risk of insomnia.
Don’t Sleep (On Your Sleep) speaks to young people, in a direct but non-judgmental tone, warning that everyday screen time before bed is quietly disrupting their sleep. Using five rings that radiate from a single eye, the design mirrors the stages of the sleep cycle closing in on the moment blue light interrupts it, while the photography stays slightly distorted and grainy to reflect the restless, unfocused mind running on too little sleep.
